At The Oriental Rug Pro, we have always believed in this principle, which is ultimately what allowed for the company to be formed in the first place. There are so many homeowners out there who trust rug services that are not necessarily equipped to handle their valuable rugs with the care and knowledge that they deserve.

We knew there was a better way, and we’ve done all we can to make sure that our service lives up to the standard that we determined was deserved by all rug owners.

What Sets Our Approach Apart

Every rug that comes into our shop goes through the same process, no matter what type of rug needs to be treated.

Individual Assessment: Each rug is individually examined prior to cleaning to determine the type of rug that it is and how it may need to be cared for.

Gentle, Fiber Safe Methods: No two rugs are the same. Each rug comes with its own unique materials that require different treatment methods to allow for the rug to be restored to its original purpose without causing further damage.

Open Communication: Should we find that a rug requires some type of repair or additional treatment prior to deep cleaning, we will tell the homeowner of that need and allow them to decide whether or not we should proceed with the additional steps.

Careful Return: The rugs that we clean are returned to their owners in the same way in which they were delivered to us. When the rug is unrolled from the rug bag, it is in pristine condition and ready to be enjoyed in their homes.

The Oriental Rug Pro is not a franchise company nor are we a large corporation with multiple locations throughout the country. We are locally rooted in our own city of San Juan Capistrano, CA and we intend to continue to serve the customers in our community.

The Oriental Rug Pro treat every rug as if we are a conservator of fine art. Our rugs are not created with the same care and precision as manufactured goods. They are hand knotted and hand woven masterpieces by the artisans who created them. Many of these rugs can take years to complete. Each fiber, dye, pattern, and design element of these rugs require the same level of care.

This is the care that we continue to apply to every area rug cleaning that comes into our shop.
